At PoddyWear, we want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If, however, you change your mind about your purchase, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. You may do this by contacting us using the contact details provided on our website. You may also use the EU model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must return the product to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

2. Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in a condition that allows us to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You may handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish whether it is suitable for you, in the same way you would be able to do in a physical shop.

If a product has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, and this results in a reduction in value, PoddyWear reserves the right to deduct the resulting amount from your refund.

Please return products clean, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an order, as PoddyWear cannot be held responsible for products that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

4. Refunds

Once you have validly exercised your right of withdrawal, PoddyWear will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the original standard delivery.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery offered by PoddyWear, we are not required to refund the additional cost of that delivery option.

We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product, or until you provide proof that you have sent the product back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made according to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised, where an applicable legal exception applies.

For example, a product that has been specifically customised or personalised for you may therefore not be eligible for return.

This exception does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

The right of withdrawal described above is separate from your statutory consumer rights concerning products that are defective, damaged upon arrival or not in conformity with your order.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. How to Return an Order

To request a return, please contact PoddyWear through the contact details provided on our website and include:

• Your name
• Order number
• The product(s) you wish to return
• The date on which you received your order

We will provide you with the information needed to complete your return.

Please note that returning a product does not automatically constitute exercising your right of withdrawal. You must clearly communicate your decision to withdraw from the purchase within the applicable 14-day withdrawal period.

This Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy is intended to comply with applicable EU consumer protection legislation. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights will always take precedence over this policy.
